All apartments are built to the highest standards BS449 and BS 6399 using a blend of Caribbean Masonry and the finest solid hardwood. All foundations, walls and floors constructed will be from reinforced concrete using the above codes.

Apartment specification and design

Constructed with a combination of high quality Caribbean masonry and the finest Brazilian Hardwood this low density of apartments are situated in just 23 individual colonial style buildings set in over 10 acres of lush tropical gardens.
