 Construction of the Baywalk shopping mall and luxury apartments began on the 7-Aug-2007 and is due for completion in December 2009. There will be 35 luxury apartments built above the shopping mall, with a casino, shops, banks and restaurants on the first 2 floors. Mortgage: Buyers needing a mortgage to purchase a Baywalk apartment can apply to FCIB or RBTT, who are financers of the Baywalk project. Loans will be available for up to 60% of the purchase price, with favourable terms and conditions.
